The drizzle in the early morning fell and stopped from time to time, bringing a touch of coolness to the sweltering heat of July. Although there was no scorching sun, the damp heat still made people sweat profusely.
On July 12th, Jiangxi Baicao Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. led all its members to launch a pear-picking team-building activity, embarking on a unique pear-picking journey in the rain in the pear orchard.
Everyone received a bamboo basket and began their pear-picking journey. The colleagues from the sales department were the first to discover the trick: gently rotate the pears and don’t pull them hard. She skillfully picked a perfect pear. Everyone followed suit. In no time, everyone had picked a bamboo basket full. Colleagues from the administrative department were responsible for cleaning the pears. They washed each pear thoroughly and put them in large frames, picking a total of four frames.
Finally, after the picking was done, it started to rain again. Everyone sat around together, tasting the freshly picked fruits and sharing interesting stories from work and life. After packing the pears, the event was coming to an end. Everyone set off on their way home with a full harvest and joy.
On the way back, although everyone’s back was drenched in sweat, there were contented smiles on their faces. The vehicle was loaded with a basket full of pears and filled with laughter and joy, as well as the team’s enthusiasm that couldn’t be suppressed even on a gloomy day.
